Meghan McCain(Impressive Young Woman)

I have to say I am not a big fan of Sen. John McCain but I actually saw his daughter do and interview and I must say that I really like her. This girl has a mind of her own and she is definitely a speaker. She has all of her own projects that she is working on and if she does not agree with something her father agrees with, she is not afraid to say so. This is a woman after my own heart because I listen to her talk about her dating and she said right off she can recognize if someone wants to date her because they see her as a way to get into the political world or if they are dating her just because of her. Meghan was so likable for me doing this interview that I look for her to be into a political office, she is very well spoken and she was breaking down why she has the ideas she have and she is a feisty woman. I love her great attitude and how she talk about if she is passionate about something then she stays on that idea. I have heard some people talk about Hillary Clinton possibly being our next president and how strong of a women Hillary is, but this young woman impressed me more than Hillary any day and if you ask me I look for Meghan McCain to run for president in the future. Now being a woman you would think I would have been for Hillary Clinton as president but for me it is not about being a woman, it is about he will do a great job as president. I think Hillary is basing the fact that we have an African American president that America is now ready for a woman president. Although  America may be ready for a woman president it does not mean it have to be Hillary. I am for a president I think will be strong and I think Hillary is not there as of yet. Now after hearing Meghan McCain talk I have to say that maybe she should start working on herself to set up to run for president in the future, this young woman is smart, she is opinionated, she is open and from that interview I do she has a open heart. She will be open to what people have to say and take it in, instead of just sticking to what she says goes. From this small interview Meghan McCain has impressed me and this is saying a lot, since I am one of those women that is not easily impressed.

Black Ink Crew(#BlackInkCrew)

I have been watching the black ink crew reality show faithfully but I have gotten behind on my writing. When I had left off Caesar was firing everyone or making them quit. I know that Duchess figure her now being Caesar's woman and she has Caesar's best interest at heart that she is doing right by Caesar to make him come down so hard on everyone in the shop. There is a way you can go about talking to your employees and just straight up making nasty comments to them is not the way. Caesar agrees with Duchess that they had to get everyone in the shop to working like they are suppose to but the note that Caesar took out of Duchess's book about how you go about doing this was not a good one. Duchess wanted Caesar to go in the shop break bad and tell everyone either straighten up and make start making money and stopping hanging around and acting up or they will be going out the door. This is not how any business is run, yes I understand that Caesar apparently started out wrong by being friends with all his employees, not to say he can not get along with his employees but to say when you start a business you have to let your employees understand from the beginning that you are the boss and what you will expect of them as your employees. You may even have to get your employees to sign a contract on certain standards you will expect of them as your employees, when you do this you will get more respect from your employees and they will understand what you expect of them from the beginning and there will be no questions on what they were told to do. It is sort of like most big companies having a standard in place in which all employees have to abide by so that everything is done the same way and there is no one person just doing the right thing. Now Caesar because he already had the place set up with his friends needed to call a meeting and explain to his employees what he is trying to do and what direction he is trying to go in and how he plans on getting there. If Caesar would have explained to his employees more about what he was doing, there would have been that higher level of respect for Caesar that he actually took the time to sit his friends down and tell them what he was doing. Now that Puma has been fired by Caesar, he is trying to start a war by opening up his own tattoo shop. This will be interesting, although Puma seems to be a pretty nice guy, I am not sure about his business sense. Puma is a partier and a drinker and him owning a business to me will be like how Caesar started out, he will have all his friends working for him and he will not set any standards or rules which will allow his employees to run a muck. Puma would eventually end up with the troubles Caesar have or Puma will actually lose his business.

The TLC Movie

I watched the TLC movie and I must say, Loved It. Yes the movie was great and the woman who portrayed Peebles was right on point, she not only played this part she was almost the split image of Peebles herself and I am glad that someone finally put to light how Peebles cheated these young ladies, although she was not the culprit. As for the movie on an overall it was just so tastefully done and I was only disappointed with the fact that it was not long enough or there was not more scenes with Peebles and the girls interaction or more scenes with Left eye and her boyfriend situations, I would like to have known more of her life and what have seemed to be a hardship when it came to love. I was am a big fan of TLC, and I say this in the present tense because I do still enjoy their music and always will. These girls were great and what made a lot of us fans very disappointed was the way they were treated in the contract deals. It was great to hear them tell their stories through these three young girls who played their parts exceptionally well. All of the actors played the part as though they were the girls themselves and I must say it was really scary to see little Mama play left eye because she did it, she brought left eye back to life again and it was like having left eye back on the screen in this world again. Like I said the movie is great and I advise anyone who has not seen it to watch the movie because I am show VH1 will play it over and over again. The movie is worth seeing and I do not know who made the decision to make the movie for television because this is one movie that was worth putting on the big screen and if you ask me I think it would have definitely made money in the movies although there was apparently some people that did not think so. The TLC was a story of these young girls lives at the time and with so many young people starting to recognize these ladies worth now I think the movie would have brought the younger generations into the theaters to watch it because there is a new found love for this group. Is it not amazing how a group from years ago can be recognize by our youth of today. My daughter and her friends had to dress up as some celebrities about two years ago and was trying to find out who they should portray. They were three girls and it popped in my head that they should portray TLC, she said I thought about that but did not know much about the group so me and her went to the Internet and I showed her some of these girls video and she read up on them, it was great and they did their TLC portrayal and all the kids in their school loved it. I was so proud of the girls and now it was great to see TLC actually make a come back and my daughter watched the movie with me, needless to say to love the movie as well. These young ladies from TLC are making a come back and I am happy for them.

Preachers Of L.A.

Does anyone watch that new reality show called Preachers of L.A. Now as far as this goes for a reality show and from what I have seen of the show, it in my opinion is a big old hot mess and yes I used a Wendy Williams phrase. Now as for me I thought I would see what preachers do in their everyday life of helping people within and outside of the congregation, but for the sake of God, this show takes you in another direction. Now one of the young preachers said I am a man and I am just as human as any other man but believe you me there is a reason they call the term "man of God". When you are a man of God you speak for God in the words that he has left you to speak to his people and you are that person that all is suppose to be able to come to for advice and you suppose to be that follower that people can walk in the path of. When you are a preacher and you worship money than you are representing sin, doing the lords work has nothing to do with you getting yours and making that almighty dollar bill. You as a preacher are in church to give the word, comfort to those in need, and help with that power of God behind you. I see nothing in the bible that said you as a preacher to be a pimp in the pulpit. Yes a pimp in the pulpit, that is what some of these men are representing and I am ashamed to even admit I have watched this show. I love God and I know that if God wants me to be rich he will do it without me robbing others to do it. I go to little family church in my county and my preacher drivers a regular vehicle nothing fancy, he wears suit sometimes but comes in just pans and shirt at times and he is just there for us. I have always been afraid of those big fancy churches and watching this show is one reason why because it leads me to believe the pastors that preach at these churches are all about money. I am glad to go to my small family church that doors are always open to anyone and everyone are encourage to come as they are. We are not looked at because we don't drive fancy cars, or wear fancy clothes, we are a close knit family who hug one another each Sunday when we meet up. What else can I say about this Preachers of L.A. show but, I am not feeling it at all and I find myself apologizing to God in my prayers because I just do not understand what our world is truly coming to and I am very fearful for my children and on that conclusion I must say, Amen.

Paternity Court(#PaternityCourt)

Has anyone watch the new paternity court television show. All I can say is I love it and this is one program that should have been added to a list of the courts shows a long long time ago. You would think that these days and ages there is no need for a Paternity Court, but it will surprise you how many women lie about the father of their child or really have no clue who the father is because they may have slept around so much. I do not know what took television producers so long to decide to air a show like Paternity Court because it shows young girls and women, why it is so important for to be honest about your sexual life, when it comes to involving children. If you bring a child into this world you are obligated to be honest with that man as well as that child, so that the child does not grow up believing that one person is their father when it is actually is another person and lord forbid it comes out in that child later life. You only hurt the child and definitely the father if he raised a child thinking it was his own, although that should not matter if the child is now grown. What upset me the most is that if a father, like one case I saw, did five years in prison due to his inability to pay child support only to find out years later that the son was not his. This father had doubts and wanted to dispute it but did not have the funds and now because of a show like Paternity Court, he was given the true information and found that five of years of his life was taken when the mother knew all along. When the judge asked the mother did she have an idea who the father was and she said yes of course, she had an idea it was him. So now my question is why not say this too the judge years ago before this man went to jail that you were unsure and maybe the judge would have tested both of the men and you could have stopped a man for going to prison. Is it the pride of the woman because they did sleep with one or more men around the same time and was not sure who the father was or was it because the women was married and she did not want her husband to find out that she had cheated on him. Whatever the reason is, you have to be fair to that man before telling him that the baby is his. I would never lie to a man that he is the father if I was unsure and make that man pay for that child knowing that I knew the truth. That is why the Paternity Court show is so important to so many people, because it bring a clear solution to and unclear situation. If a man has doubt for any reason, he can get the true answer in court if he can't get it from his significant other. It can also clear up situations from women who may have been with a man has doubted their baby for years and if they know he is the father the DNA testing they do on the show can shut the man up. This show should go on for a very long time as there are more and more young women having sex freely as they claim it is my body and I am an adult, but along with these adult things comes adult responsibility so if you get pregnant and not sure who you slept with at that free time in you life, then get a DNA to settle that unsure thought, not only for you but for that man and the baby.

Basketball Wives(10-21-13) It is finally over.

Okay I know I said basketball is not worth watching anymore and I will stick to that but I watched it the other night and have to update you on what these crazy women are doing. These women whom now have Suzie all hyped up to create drama actually met with Kenya, if you all do not know who Kenya is she was part of the show from a previous season. I have to say like some of the women did when Kenya joined the cast, that she was creepy and all the woman was trying to do is make a name for herself, which apparently she did because she got a record deal with someone. Anyway Kenya asked the women to join her for a performance that was some what of a dis toward the women and how they treated her on the previous season. After Kenya's performance Miss Suzie of course started with asking Kenya was she dismissing the women and it was later summed up by Shaunie to meet later in a place where they all could talk over the entire situation and could understand better, yes this was a set up of course. Well Kenya invited the women to her hotel room and there was a clarification of what Kenya was singing about, after that Suzie jumped in to give her two cents that it was about the women as a whole and she then stood up and throw something at Kenya and like a true woman, Kenya whipped the, well you know what I mean out of Suzie. Yes Suzie started the incident and she got what I thought she should have gotten, beat down like someone who should when throwing something in a persons face. I think just because Suzie got off with being a smart as* to other women she thought she could walk away from this one as well. The show is still a big mess and because the other women want to look good or get a new image, they are enticing Suzie to be the bitc* of the show so the show can still have the drama everyone is use to without compromising the other women and their new found images. I think there is no hope for this show and they should make this the last season, now as for Shaunie play she has coming out, I have to say I like what I saw and this play actually looks like it will be a real hit, so I want to give Shaunie a shout out on that and I admire her for keeping it moving by always having her hands into something. Shaunie may one day be one of those powerhouse women in the promotion industry. As for Evelyn and Tammy, I am still not at all fans of these women and the businesses they are starting I am not a fan because I watched how much hurt they caused to people of the show beforehand and now they want people to be happy for them is hard for me to do because to me they have not proved themselves to be real women and to be happy for other women who are in the business.

The Amazing Race (10-20-13 #TheAmazingRace)

I have to admit I only watched some of the Amazing race and this was because they came on late due to 60 minutes overlapping in their time and the show running into the 9 o'clock hour which was time for The Walking Dead and although I could have caught Walking Dead at 11 o'clock, it is not the same as watching it on time and then catching the show after called the Talking Dead in which a writer helps to explain some of the scenes that happen in the show, so I choose to change channels. I did switch back and forth and did see a majority of the show. From the beginning of the show I have to say I did not like the team of Tim and Marie, well I really do not care for Marie and the fact that she has the express pass is the worst. Marie tries to use the express pass to bribe everyone on the show to get help with the challenges and she even does what I say is cheat and no one says anything about it. If Marie can not get what her and her ex is doing in a challenge she goes and look at the other teams way of doing things, she has not pride and I guess this show never said you had to figure out something out on your own, but it leads me to believe even if they get down to the final three, how will they make it without bribing people or cheating, because when it comes to the wire you can believe that there is stiff competition and there is a hard fight at the end. I really dislike the way Marie tries t bride everyone with that express pass and I think all the other teams should get together and make a point to talk to each other about what she is doing and they all should agree to not take her up on that express pass and if possible when there is the opportunity to block a couple, make a statement by all them agreeing to block Marie and Tim, now that would be funny, I bet she would use that express pass then. As for the show last night, it was pretty good and they all went to the Artic and it was a level playing field since all them had to catch the same flight but of course Marie and Tim got stuck as they usually do and Marie got so frustrated that she looked at another teams way of doing a task, now as the race was not over and continued on, no one was eliminated and the race is continuing on. I have to say this is one of my most favorite parts when they constants find out that after doing these other challenges and being so tired and exhausted they have to press on, it is so exciting for me sitting on the couch and watching. Hopefully next week it will get to start on time and if not I will just have to catch The Walking Dead at 11pm because I want to see want happens on this leg of the race.

TO (Terrell Owens)

I have to ask the question as to why will football not let Terrell Owens play again. He has not done anything as bad as half of these players have did but yet none of the teams will sign the man onto a contract. Yes I know Terrell was suppose to have a real bad attitude but this has been years ago and I think the man has been punished enough and believe you me after what he has been through he has definitely learned his lesson and he will no what not to do if a the NFL accepts him back into the fold. They have to admit that Terrell Owens was a great player, sitting the attitude aside and the way some of these NFL teams are playing they could use TO too help them get back on the map. So why not try signing him up for a year, that way you can see how he does in this year and if he does not fair at all then that one season was all you had to lose by signing him on. I thought that sports was about the game itself and wining was what this game was about but lately I have notice that some teams owners are making sports more about their players than the game itself. The owners do not seem to have faith in their players as they did before and they are going about feelings and saying I should not have this man on this team because he has a bad attitude, not let me get someone to work on this man's attitude and call him in the office and explain that why what he is doing will get him kicked out the game all together. You know play hard ball with the player and remind him who is in charge and pull the strings and that they are there to play for you, I think if someone had did this for TO before he was completely shun out the game before, maybe he would have straighten up. Anyway I think it is time to let TO back in the game and if any NFL team was using their head they would pick the man up, he could possibly be save their teams reputation, Atlanta Falcons, I am just saying. He would be an access to some of the outstanding players you already have. I think the NFL as well as the fans needs to focus on the game instead of TO and his personal life and if you want a winning team you need to give him another chance. As a plead out for TO I have faith in him that he will take any team
hiring him so seriously there will be no regret as to the team owner in rather he made a great decision or not and like I said do a one year contract for the next two years, that way you will not lose much.

The Walking Dead(10-20-13 #TheWalkingDead)

Did anyone watch walking dead last night, it was as good as last week. I was wondering how the was going to get rid of the large cast they had this season and it was great, I just was not expecting it to happen so soon. This new virus they have going through out their prison hold up will be interesting because you do not know who will be affected by it. With Daryl having touched the affected kids hand, will he now be affected? How will they control this virus and save others who may have been affected as well? One of my most pressing question which I am sure is one of a lot of people is who is sabotaging the camp? Someone is feeding the walkers dead rats to lure them to this one particular area of the fence, someone has burned some of the people in the prison whom I guess they think are affected. I am trying to understand why when their are people on guard watching the gate where the walkers are gathering at, is there no one noticing someone coming out to the fence feeding the walkers. Should not the person on guard notice that there is someone sneaking out there by the fence or night or could this be because maybe one of the person whom is on duty may be the culprit. This is so interesting and intriguing as always, I am sure with so much of the new cast members having joined the original group, that the culprit will not be one of the original cast members, at least I am hoping. The Walking Dead writers have known to surprise us as to a twist on the show, so it maybe someone we have loved and admired for a while. I have to say that some of our original cast members are really starting to puzzle me to a point in which I can believe they are capable are doing this. The very young girl Beth acts as though nothing affects her any more, she gain a friend, she losses a friend, she seems to be holding back a lot of feelings and I feel that at one point she has to let go of some of that tension of never going out and having to stay in that closed in area with the baby. Now as for our beloved teacher Carol, she is really going in a different direction, I understand that she has to teach the children to learn to fight but then she has an edge to her that I am not understand that seems a little puzzling, could it be her, maybe. Well whomever it is I am sure the writers of The Walking Dead will not disappoint and we still have the Governor to come back this season, which he  has not shown his face as of yet but I am sure he is not to far away. I think the Governor is working on getting him another group of followers that will stay true to him and he will come back stronger than ever, unfortunately, because if you are like me, I am one of those people that wants them to kill the Governor off and bring another villain to the show and I would be happy. I know I know, what am I thinking when the Governor is just so a big part of the show that keeps a lot of people watching. As I was thinking the culprit could be one of the people that came from the Governor's camp and pretending they were leaving when in fact the Governor could have put this person as a plant to help ruin the tight net group from the inside. Now that would definitely be smart on the Governor par to put a plant on the inside. Now who do you think out of this new group who would be the plant? Write me telling me of any suggestions, now you know the writers will not make it easy.

Wendy Williams (I Am Puzzled)

I was one of those people who loved Wendy Williams when she first came to television and yet now I am in a bit of confusion about some of her advice. I have written post on Wendy Williams before, some in disagreement of what she said and some in agreement of what she said and although I do know you will not always agree with what people say, especially someone as opinionated as Wendy, there should be some sense of what the person is saying. For me Wendy Williams is having a lot of mixed emotions lately, one minute she agrees with something the next day she does not. I listen to Wendy talk about the younger Kardiasian girls and how they when into clubs as under ages with fake id's and she actually said this was something everyone did at this age and how okay this was because she herself did this. When the crowd showed shock at what Wendy was saying, she said don't act like you did this either and although that some of the people may have done this, what is this for Wendy to say to teenagers out there that it is okay. Wendy has a judgmental point of view when it comes to teenagers and that judgment is that most of them are sneaky and they do very scrupulous things, like she herself did when she was young. Well for me I am in part of a disagreement with Wendy and this is because I believe a lot of this can be how you were raised as a child or how you as a child feel about yourself. I was raised up in a Baptist family and I went to church and I knew right from wrong from the words of the bible and my parents. So I as a child had a worth of myself and as I was growing up when I notice someone wanted to do wrong I separated myself from that person or group. When I was in school I mostly stayed to myself because I knew that I was a person that had my own way of thinking and because others may not agree with me, I was better off alone, but what was amazing for me was other kids started drawing towards me, they to felt they were in their own ram of life and they saw how I did not go along with the group so they came up to me and ask if they could hang with me and of course I welcomed them with open arms. The friends I ended up making knew that I was about the church and the bible and understand that this was me and they accepted me as I was. I do think their are kids out there Wendy that do no think they have to be in that group that sneaks out, get fake id's, smoke and get into clubs and drink. Me and my friends did none of this, we had good old fashion fun by just going to the mall shopping, eating, and to church together. We never and I mean never felt the need to drink alcohol as teenagers or to smoke weed. I think what the Kardashians do are not the norm for everyone and if you ask me I just think like everything in this life, they feel that doing wrong is more exciting than actually trying to do right. If you ask me I think it is brave of any child to actually do right than to do wrong. It takes more courage to say no to those alcoholic drinks, and those drugs, but if you think about it we would not have so many teens in trouble as we do in this world today if more of them had that courage to say no. Wendy talks about her teenage life as though it is the norm for everyone life and although Wendy does say she did wrong in her teenager life and is doing better than every without that wild side, according to Wendy it was a matter of maturity. I think Wendy needs to understand since she apparently did not hang out with that group like minds, obviously she was in I guess what you call cool group, that not every child or teenager have that need to experiment with acting like what I call an idiot. Not every teenager has to go against with their parents say or what their preacher say, because they believe their parents and preacher are old and don't understand. I applaud those teenagers that are out there and are not doing like Kendall and Kylie Jenner or is it Kardisian, I get confused. I applaud those teenagers that find it is not necessary to get fake id's and sneak in clubs or to drink or to smoke. Why do we applaud teenagers like Kendall and Kylie as Wendy did on her show today, why not find those teenagers that are not doing this and applaud them. These same girls Kendall and Kylie will be the ones in compromising positions or in interviews trying to explain why they did something they should not have done later on and I guess this is what Wendy wants so that people like her and TMZ will continue to have something to report. If it was not for wild kids like Kendall and Kylie the paparazzi will have nothing to snap or write about. Now maybe that is it, maybe the reason these teenagers who do wrong are always applauded and are defended by these host because they keep the celebrity news going, if they did no wrong, then these celebrities snoop reporters would be out of business.

Twelve Years a Slave The Movie(#12YearsASlave)

Okay I have to ask why is the movie12 Years A Slave, which is coming out this weekend not playing in all theaters. This movie 12 Years A Slave is based on a true story and it is based on a man struggle out of a slavery hold. Now I know that some people that shall remain nameless, will say that why are they playing another slavery movie and to that I will say, why are so many people that will remain nameless afraid of. Why are slavery movie such a big deal and why do some people refuse to watch or complain or even judge the movie before it is actually released. There is no big deal about deal about slavery movie and for those so scared about slavery movies, the reason they are showed or played is not to show how ugly one race treated another, the reason these movies are played is so that others will get to see and hear some of the slaves stories. Yes there was slavery and yes these slaves have stories to tell, as did Washington, Lincoln, Jefferson, Columbus and so on. Why should America only hear the stories of some, why not hear the stories of all that have lived in this country and struggled in this country. There are great stories to be told out there and they do not all have to do with "The Men Who Built America" on the history channel. I personally like the history channel because it is great for telling very detail past history stories using lots of glamour and action packed series, but that of the slave has yet to be told. I know some people say leave the past in the past and let it go, but why say this about slavery when the history channel and the AMC channel is filled with past history stories of old movies and old tells of how America actually came together and yet you do not see any African Americans. Slavery is the only history African Americans have to go by their past and for us this past has a meaning and it is something will shall not forget because it is our history, our stories and our family past. Slaves were not allowed to hold on to much and all they had were their memories and these memories are what they could hold on to as something to past on down to their children. What is so bad about doing slavery movies? What is so bad about a culture learning of what some slaves actual went through? What is so bad about these struggles being put on the big screen? Besides the movie is directed by Steve McQueen British filmmaker, great director and one those people who are not scared to say why not do a movie and tell a story that needs to be told. If a movie was to be put on the screen about slavery it would have to be by someone other than an American filmmaker because for some reason after all these years, Americans still can not find themselves the guts to swallow their pride and put something out their that should be put out their. We as Americans all know that slavery is a touchy subject but it is a touchy subject for White Americans only but us African Americans do not have any issue with it, we have lived through the struggle and came out of this situation and we know of course we still have struggles to bare but we hold close to our hearts that if God can bring us through slavery, he can bring us through anything. This movie I am sure will be great and I have to say bravo to Brad Pitt for taking on the challenge and stepping up to the plate to play a role in this movie as well. I am looking forward to seeing the movie and I am hoping more theaters will have the guts to show the movie, I am sure there are some who wants to movie to get low ratings and do bad at the box office and what way to do this is not show the movie at many theaters, that way it will not have a chance of making as money as a movie that is showing at all the movie theaters. I challenge more Americans to go out and see the movie and if you notice it not playing at a theater near you, well then go to a theater that is showing it and lets show other countries that we as Americans are not as self petty to the point that we can't even go out and watch a slavery movie without having a problem with it. Watch the movie and take it what it is really about, a man who fought for what he believed in.

I Dream Of NeNe The Wedding (#IDreamofNeNe)

I know I have not talked of Nene's wedding show and most of this is because I have not really watched the show only caught scenes here and there and I must say I really do not know why especially since I love NeNe. The only reason for me not watching it is because of me following so many programs I got caught up in a few and let NeNe's show slide by me because I figured it would be one of those regular wedding shows like that of four weddings, but I could not have been more wrong and what was I thinking, this is Nene's wedding. I have had time to catch up on back episodes and I have been missing a lot. I realized who is all of Nene's bride maids and was shocked to see Jennifer from basketball wives Miami and Laura from basketball wives LA were among these brides maid. It was great to see both Jennifer and Laura but especially Jennifer since I think they did her so wrong on basketball wives Miami and that so could holier than now Evelyn was literally threatening Jens life, a friend of fifteen years, that is why I do not believe Evelyn's new act, only realizing that Evelyn is trying to get her own show, something I am praying will not happen. Now what I do like is that NeNe has some very opinionated bride maids and I love each and everyone of them, so what I am seeing from this show is that NeNe may just have a spin off. This wedding show of NeNe is great and she have some great cast members and I would definitely see this as a show that could continue into something great. I think bravo would be smart to turn this NeNe wedding show into a full time reality show with each of these friends of NeNe a members of the show. I am seeing these women making a great cast and I think NeNe, who I already love will be a great center piece for all these women, in other words instead of NeNe being made to look as the big bad wolf, she could be that voice of reason that the women could depend on to lead them in the right path. Something else about this great cast of women and I do say great cast of women because I do not know who thought of putting these women together but they are a group of women that I am seeing as a powerhouse. I could see all these women traveling together and having a really great time, we could then focus on all these women lives and catch on what Jen, Laura and one of my favorites Marlo is doing. You should consider it bravo, making this a show. I am ready for the announcement because I know bravo can see the potential as well and the show will be a big hit.

The Walking Dead Returning Tonight(#TheWalkingDead) ( @WalkingDead_AMC)

Has anyone been anticipating the return of The Walking Dead as I have. I just love this show and is a advocate for the show itself. I have been watching The Walking Dead all Three seasons and have been anxiously awaiting the fourth season. Of course for anyone who has enjoyed the beginning season as I have we have watched some of our favorite characters get killed off and some of our not to favorite stay, but this is what makes the show so great. The writers knows if they were going to write a show about the dead and have it return season after season, they had to give the viewers a reason to keep coming back to watch more and more due to the anticipation of what will happen next. I was so upset with some of my favorite characters who were killed off but at the same time I understood why it had to happen and why doing this makes the show so great. I am little afraid at the anticipation of what will happen for the finale of this season because I know again someone will have to die and I am just not looking forward to that part. Now for my own opinion on the show there are a few cast members that I think should never be killed of the show because their characters are a part of the long run to me although I have heard of the show possibly doing like whole new entire separate group of people, rather they will be on a different part of the state as the original group and have their own fight to deal with or rather they will be taking the entire place of the old cast I have no idea. But as I was saying getting back to my opinion is the cast members I think should never be touched and that is of course, Rick Grimes and his son Carl, Daryl, Maggie or Michonne. Now as for Glenn or Hershel I think they are expandable. Although Hershel is a doctor I think maybe if the cast run into another group of people maybe these people will have their own doctor and he will be a little younger and actually have two legs, Hershel is really not doing anyone any good right now. As for Glenn I do not know what he is doing and he is just not added to the cast, I do not know why he was not killed a while back. Glenn is almost in a daze as if he don't know what he is doing, other than his relationship with Maggie, he does not even have a real storyline. Now I think if he gets killed off Maggie and Daryl should hook up, I think they would make a good couple. Now as for Carol she is a great actress but she is another character that I do not understand very well other than she is good as filling in for the doctor and she I think would be good at raising Rick's baby. So Carol could be the new doctor and babysitter. Anyway the show returns on tonight at 9:00pm on AMC and I am looking forward to talk about the show again with my co-workers because we all watch and enjoy the show and even talk about the show over our line outs, it makes for great conversation because everyone have their opinions on what they think should have happen or how a scene should have been written.

Mad TV(What Happen????)

Okay I was sitting here doing some reading and of course my television surfing to watch old and new programs and because it is currently very damp and a little cold outside, it is one of those days when you want to sit in the house and eat and watch television. This gave me and my daughter a lot of thinking time and something we have thought about for some reason in the last couple of months and have find ourselves quoting are lines from the show that has been long gone and for some unknown reason to us was cancelled a while back is the comedy show Mad TV. Me and my daughter both were big fans of Mad TV and for me after years of watching Saturday Night Live, which I grew to really not like at all and really did not think anything was funny about the show, Mad TV was a breath of fresh air. Mad TV was younger and fresher and had what I thought was some very funny skits and they kept me and my daughters in stitches from laughing so hard at most of the characters that played on the show as well as the lines they did. I found myself forgetting that a Saturday Night Live show existed because Mad TV was coming on Saturday nights as well and it was not a contest for me at all because I was watching Mad TV as Saturday Night Live was old, the story lines they had were not funny and the people on the show were just as corny as a hot dog. One thing I did notice and the only reason this was because I was trying to figure out what was this show they kept calling SNL and to my surprise it was Saturday Night Live trying to revamp themselves, I do not know if it was to compete with Mad TV or what but I also notice that one of the main host was Keenan, a younger personality and I am again not sure if this was to compete with Mad TV or not but I still was not interested because Mad TV had all my attention. I looked forward to Mad TV on late Saturday night and was always making sure my popcorn was ready. One of my most favorite skit that Mad TV did, although I loved all their skits, was the one when they would mark music videos and put their own take on them. The writers of Mad TV were very good at doing their own takes on celebrities and believe you me they were funny. Now I know many celebrities did not appreciate the skits they did but it help us unknown people realize how human celebrities really were and how the things they did were wrong. A lot of what celebrities did were laughed off and looked at as nothing that was really important or nothing worth mentioning about but Mad TV made for of celebrities incidents and it was did in a funny way so you could actually laugh at it. I think Mad TV actually did these celebrities a favor because you could laugh at their faults and they should have appreciated that people were laughing and not actually being disgusted. Some celebrities did think it was funny and even began doing skits on Mad TV themselves making fun of some of these faults. I thought made television was funny and started noticing that apparently a lot of the celebrities thought they were funny as well because they started getting a lot of celebrity appearances and they were starting to be accepted in the celebrity world. Do anyone remember when they would do the skits on the red carpet and try to get celebrities to stop and talk with them, in the beginning none of the celebrities would stop, after some recognition they were getting celebrities waiting to talk to them and even some of the celebrities mention why did they not do a skit on them. I really miss the show and me and my daughter are still quoting things that were said on the show, one of my favorite is sneaky snake, and my daughter loves acting like little Stewie. I don't really know why they took Mad TV of the television anyway but I have my opinion and it is because they were maybe beating SNL in the ratings and some people just were not having this. SNL had been on for years and has a lot of power backing them and for this young show to come out and beat them in ratings was not going for these real powerful people. Now I mean no harm but SNL is out dated, for me the show time is up and the skits they have are just not funny anymore. I do not care how many celebrities SNL gets to come on their show, apparently the writing is outdated which for me means the writers just can not write good story lines anymore. I want Mad TV to come back on, SNL can retire, it has had a long run and we all know eventually every good thing must come to an end and for me SNL has come to and end and I wish someone would realize this and let it go out shining, not let the ratings drop so low that it is posted all over the Internet about how bad the ratings were for the show at the end. Bring Mad TV back and let it have another go at it, give us who stay home late at night doing absolutely nothing something worth looking at on television late Saturday night, early Sunday morning. Saturday Night Live is no longer funny to me and I personally have not watched it for years and I can not imagine who watch this show to keep it going anyway, go to be some people without cable. I believe if they put Mad TV reruns on at the same time as SNL, I think SNL will lose out. Bring Mad TV back please, this is one show I would beg to be brought back, even the younger generation like my eighteen year old daughter misses it.

Bridezilla Bootcamp Coming Soon (#BZBootCamp)

I am so sad that my Bridezilla show will no longer be showing new episodes but when watching the last episode of Bridezilla I learned that there will be a new Bridezilla Boot camp coming on in January and I can not wait. I was really surprised about the very first Bridezilla Boot camp show because I did not believe this show would be good but it was. The show picked some good Bridezilla couples to do the very first show and this first show was something that really caught my attention and it made me want to watch each and every episode each week. Now I can not wait to see which of the bridezilla couples they will have in this January show of Bridezilla Boot camp. I hope the cast is as good as the last show but what am I saying, any of those couples that we have seen on Bridezilla over all these years for me would make great cast members. The reason the show was call Bridezilla was because most of the women were down right crazy and most of them pushed their husbands around like doll babies. For me a lot of these couples on Bridezilla had really jumped into these marriages anyway. Some of them did not know each other long and they were getting married, some of these couples had real in-laws issues, which made them bump head with their significant others and some of the couples were just down right not right for each other. Well any way I can not wait for the boot camp show and the anticipation of the cast members is killing me, I can not wait to see who they have chosen and what these couples will do on this show.

Basketball Wives (10-7-13)

I figure I would continue to write about basketball wives since no one is really watching it. Monday's past episode of the show was really dead and there was really nothing going on. The big highlight of the show was Shaunie announcing their trip to Paris. Other than the announcement of the trip all that was talked about on this episode was how Tasha was wrong for calling out Suzie about her birthday party, but this entire so call we are all upset with Tasha for doing that to Suzie and she should apologize is all a joke to me. What is the big deal that Tasha called Suzie out, she is a scared little feline, who does not have anything to say when it really comes to speaking up on anything and although she feels that Tasha calling her out and not the other girls was unfair, why is she all of a sudden upset about this and who the bleep cares Suzie. If you ask me Suzie should not have been brought back as a cast member of the show but I began to think who cares anyway because the show is dying anyway. The show has gotten rid of some it better cast member and if you ask me my opinion, I think Shaunie really screwed up when she brought Tammy to the show with all her over the drama crazy episodes and she let Royce and Jen go. For me the show really went down when Tammy actually threaten people lives, someone so hostile was actually putting other people life in danger and they let her continue on the show without a beat, if you ask me she should have been put in her place and let go. Now what is going on this season, Tammy is actually making money, launching her own business and all this after putting fear into others that she was going to stump them into the ground. They have Tammy going to this therapist but if you ask me it don't seem to be helping her it only seem as if they are doing this as a part of the show to give us some sort of relief that Tammy is working on her new attitude but Tammy attitude just seem to have what she calls her so called little Tammy on the back burner and she can bring her out at anytime when needed. How are you suppose to convincing us that you are really trying to change your ways we you talk of a little Tammy that can still whip a** and come out anytime needed. What is even worst Tammy has convinced Suzie to get her own little Tammy and to break bad on people anytime needed and to stop letting people walk over her, well Suzie I am here to tell you that you can be a strong woman and not let people not walk all over you and you can do this without cursing or putting your hands on people. That is really what upset me about Monday night episode, Suzie actually put her hands on Tasha, here we go again with woman from this cast putting their hands on people and making it seem to be okay. There was no reason and I mean no reason at all for Suzie to put her hands on Tasha, it would have been real funny if Tasha to out her inter Tammy and have put a real whipping on Suzie, now I would have actually approved of this since Suzie did the hands on first. The show has really gone down hill for me and I must say that Basketball Wives LA has proven to be a much better show than Basketball Wives Miami, yes I said it. I look forward to more of watching basketball LA more and these woman to me have a little more class than Shaunie crew.

19 Kids and Counting

Does anyone watch the show 19 kids and counting. I have maybe watch this show a total of six times and each time I watched it I was very confused on this family dynamics. I understand their faith and I understand that there is the belief of no birth control and the belief of the woman being that loyal wife to her husband but what has left me so bewildered is that with all the television and all the technology we have today, why is this wife choosing to pop out baby after, baby, after baby when she knows that a woman's body is not a machine and a body wears out as anything wears out after many years of abuse. I watch one episode when the woman was pregnant again, the baby she lost, and I heard the doctor tell this woman after losing her last baby that she was subject to have issues if she gets pregnant again and that at her age and with the years of abuse to her body, that if she gets pregnant again it is possible that she and the baby could die or one or the other. I listen to this woman with her husband beside her side and those weird looking grins on their faces say that their faith allows them to make a choice and that God has guided them to go on having children. All I can say is Oh My God. God has allowed for some very intelligent people to invent tools that help doctors to help them save lives even before they are in danger. With these great technologies, these doctors can tell us in advance if we are acceptable to diseases, to problems later on in our lives and they can in some cases help doctors to help guide us on the best decisions to make when it comes to improving our health. So when this doctor explained to this woman that she could possibly die and she and her husband said that was a chance they are willing to take, I did not think that these are some very brave people, what I really thought is these are some very selfish people for saying that even though the woman could possibly die along with the little newborn, that they are going to continue because they believe God would want them to. Okay why did I not hear out of this couple mouth that we have a lot to think about and this includes the already 19 kids we have, who believe it or not Mr. and Mrs. Duggar will be affected by this decision. What if Mrs. Duggar dies, how will the children take it, how will they go on and Mr. Duggar what will he do. After watching these episodes I have come to form my own opinion of what Mr. Duggar will do. Mr. Duggar will remarry, right away and he will say this is what Gods wants me to do and the wife will be a younger woman who can have more children. I have come to a conclusion that Mr. Duggar is one of those male chauvinistic pigs that think women should be barefoot and pregnant at all time. What men this day and age other than the ones whom are into themselves, think that a women no matter how old she is should continue to pop out babies even when it means that she could possibly die from it. Why is a the woman's health not on a man's mind, that is in a faith with disbelief of birth control, when it they are told about the wearing the babies is putting on that women's body. What really bothers me the most is that Mrs. Duggar keeps that grin on her face and in that little low timid voice, talks in this soft tone of how she is so happy with her life and how she loves the life her husband has provided for her. Now as a woman, this woman scares the hell out of me. Mrs. Duggar seems to be living in a dream world and she never takes that smile of her face and she acts as if she does not have a worry in the world, that everything is great everyday and that they live a life in a garden of Eden. This woman too me has possibly has a thinking that is 17th century thinking and for young girls that watch the show I am in fear that she could set young girls thinking back a two hundred years. Why was it that every time I tuned into the show, this woman was smiling at the camera and repeating how happy and bless she is. Why do we not see this woman having those days like I know all women with a husband and children have and that is those days when you are stress and you are unsure of what direction you are going in and you have just have a little episode in which you just need to get away from it all and have a little you time to yourself or some adult time with your girlfriends. To me all women who are raising children, especially with as many children Mrs. Duggar is raising, needs that time with just some adult people to get away for a little bit and have adult conversation. It is nothing like going out with your girlfriends for a little dinner and talking about the things you have been going through only to find out that you are not going through it alone. Your girlfriends could possibly talk about situations you are going through and you are not sure how to handle them and they could tell you how they handle that same situation. I can not see this woman being happy being around all of her children twenty four seven and not just have that her time and I know that their life is not always that much smiles and grins. I love the belief in God this family have but I dislike the control the husband has over his wife and his daughters who he has to have a tough noose around their necks, they can have boy friends but they can only visit the girls at their home and they can not hold hands. These daddy really has a tight rope around his family and it scares me in a way because I do no like men who control their family to a point it is rather sickening. Mr. Duggar is almost to me like a self righteous a**, whew this man is one of those men that bring the ugly out me and it always takes me back to women in Iraq still fighting for the right to drive a car in their country because the men say women are not allowed to drive and can be beaten in public for breaking their men rules, not God rules, but men rules that has been set forth for these women that are in their country. I am so hoping that the girls in this family do not think that  they have to live as their mother do and that they are not required by God to pop out lots of babies for their husband because it is their job as a female. Women have rights and one of these great rights we have in this country is to make our own decisions about their our health. If a doctor lets a woman know that her health is in danger from birthing of a child, then that woman should make sensible decision on what is right for her and her family. Why would a woman choose to risk her life and leave other children behind to cry for the absence of their mother. A child who loose a parent is truly affected for the rest of their life. I just did not understand this show and that is why I stopped watching because I could not get it, I watch the younger children having to help the mother clean the house, do laundry and even cook because the mother could not do it alone and one of the children said they resented having doing those chores on a daily basis when they wanted to go outside and play. When I was growing up and I watch my mother working so hard I offered to help her and wanted to get a job but she said to me a kid should be a kid and that I should not worry about her bills but to finish my schooling and go and play and have fun with my friends. This is how I was raised by my mother and I raise my children this way today, other than doing certain chores my children are allowed to be children and focus on their schooling and having their fun time

Wendy Williams (Perz Who??)

Okay on Tuesday Wendy Williams I hear Perz Hilton speak and I have really come to the conclusion he should really shut up. I was never a fan of Perz Hilton, whom stole his idea from Paris if you ask me. He talked about Chris Brown on her show and he talked of how Chris Brown needing some help because he does not know how to shut up, listen to who is talking, he was vividly upset because Chris brag of his satisfaction of pleasing a woman in bed and that he would be on top if the incident with Rhianna had not happen he would be on top. Now on this talk Perz was really trying to shut Chris Brown down and I have to actually applaud Wendy Williams for stepping up for Chris. She mentioned that Chris would have been on top if it was not for the incident and he is a young man, of course he will brag about his sexually ability. What do young people do that is full of themselves, they think they are on top of the world and what I want to say to Perz Hilton, what is the big deal. Miley Cyrus just talk of her sexuality on television and she talked of how she wanted to get hers in why she is young because she heard that the sex stops at forty, now if you think someone should shut up why not start with Miley and her mouth. Why such a young woman explore herself sexually and why not take pride in the beautiful voice she have and act like a lady sometimes. A woman may sleep around in think it is funny but as she becomes older she realizes she will always be the booty call and never a man's wife. Now why Perz jumped on the band wagon to talk and put down Chris Brown I do not know, I guest if Chris Brown jumped on the band wagon and talk about him as some others are saying why is the gay may having a baby with a woman to raise the child up with a gay father. Why would you bring a child into a world that will certainly be that of confusion for this child when you want men. For those of us who follow the bible, it is a sin to be with someone of the same sex and two people of the same sex together can not produce a baby and it is a reason for this, so why bring a child into this confusion. Now I will hear backlash about attacking Perz Hiltons personal life and him being of the possible gay persuasion because in reality I do not know if Perz Hilton is gay or not and I do not really care, I just wanted him to know how it feels to just start talking about someone in such a negative manner and harping on that person personal life when you really do not know that person. People would say I was down right nasty about the things I just wrote of Perz Hilton but these same people will continue to bash Chris Brown, a young man who has had some problems in his life, as most young people do in their lives but they will not let this young man live it down and I do not know why. People were willing to give Brittany Spears another chance and they are willing to give Amanda Bynes  another chance and are most favorite Lindsay Lohan has been almost at that forgive and forget point, why can't we do this for Chris Brown. Now Perz since you like to talk so much, why not give me an answer as to why Chris Brown should not be on our forgiveness list. We are not God and yet we as so will to be the judge and jury, God is my judge, my jury and my savior. I take it that God has forgiven Chris and so why can't we. I have taken that step to forgive those who do me wrong because God said he has a reason for this and I trust his reason. I have learned that it is so much easier to forgive then to hold on to hate. Hate eats at a person heart when forgiveness heals it, think about that and tell me how healthy is your heart.

Amazing Race (10-6-13) #AmazingRace

Did anyone watch the Sunday night episode of Amazing race, well I did and you know what this show never disappointment me. The thing that has surprise me this season is the mistakes these teams are making. With the before season and if you are a regular watcher of the show like me you know that there are things you must do in this race and that is always read everything on your clue cards, checking front and back, make sure to follow what the card says so you may want to read the card over and over again as you are traveling and you should always make sure that you do not skip out on paying a cab driver or settle a payment agreement with a driver, make sure that you do not lose your passport, and always make sure you get all the needed information when flying or traveling too another destination about the quickest route and first flight out. I love the amazing race and if give the opportunity I would go all out to take on these amazing challenges they put forth on you. It is a chance to travel the world and to learn others cultures. This show has showed others how some people in third world countries live and why we as Americans should be so thankful. These challenges sometimes involve helping others in these country finish job task, which I really think is awesome. I would be grateful just to have the chance to help these people do these jobs and be so humble just to learn with they go through to earn a paycheck. There was a challenge last night in which the teams had to chop up these salt rocks. I know Americans use a lot of salt and I was just astonished at how much work these people had to do to get the salt we use everyday. It was very hard work chopping these blocks and I could not imagine having to do that on a daily basis. I will take on that task to sign up for this show but my biggest issue right now is who do I take with me, I thought my husband but I know we would fight like cats and dogs the entire time. I would have to take a friend who is rather smart, well smarter than me anyway. I could be the risk taker, you know do the task that know one wants to do and my partner could be the smart one who solves the puzzle when there a tough riddles involved. It would be great, I would not care if I won but I would be glad to at least make it in the top five just to say I went a long way.

Government Shutdown(Washington D.C.)

I was debating on rather to write about this subject or not and this is my opinion and my opinion only but I have to speak my mind and if anyone wants to leave comments, they are more then welcome as everyone in America has a right to speak on this subject. Now these congressmen say they decided to have a government shutdown because they do not agree with Obama care. Now these same congressmen will all continue to get paid for their very hard work and dedication to this country, many which have not served as some of are servicemen had on the front line of a battle field but yet these same men and women make decisions that has lead to rather or not these same servicemen will get a check or not. Congress is something even after taken history I have never understood and most of that was why have they ended up with so much power that they as a group of a few can make decisions that can affect those of the majority. We as Americans have always been told over and over and over again that we have the power and this power comes through our votes. So why does the government actual have the power and why do we as the people not take some of the power back. The people should have the control and we should be the ones behind how these controls operate. We should not give congress that much power that they can stop people from getting paid but continue to pay themselves. How is it that Congress can roll out check for themselves but the check for the people that put them there has to stop. Our Congressmen decided they do not like a bill that was pass, in this case Obama care and they  put the world on hold. Me as an American does not care that Obama care has went into effect, we were bound to get some kind of medical change, because lets face it this medical program that we have in place where some people was allowed health care and others were not because of pre existing conditions was not working and it was costing us all. I feel that the so call Obama care has put us on some kind of straight path and I say this because it has driven most to have health insurance, which when some did not have health insurance but was getting treated, due to the fact that they had to be treated regardless of the lack of insurance, we all were paying for these high rise in health insurance do to others not having it. When someone could not pay for his or her bill believe you me we who  could pay was getting a higher hike on our next appointments and surgeries because of it and all the physicians were loving it. Medical expense is high anyway in this country, I can not tell you how many times I thought of moving to Canada or England to because of the automatic health coverage that was taken out. We have to face it we live in a country of greed and yes most of our physicians live a lifestyle that is way beyond the rich and the famous persona. So because we are in this country and we do have to have healthcare, why not choose something that will require everyone to have it and that way maybe and then only maybe, the cost of healthcare in this country will no keep rising at soaring rates or at least we can keep it under some kind of control if everyone who goes to the emergency room all have some kind of coverage. Now something that has been strange to me is that I have not seen any news reporters go around to the hospitals and ask anyone in the healthcare field what they think of Obama care. Why are we not listening to what doctors actually think of Obama care would for me be great. The doctors who is one that will be affected by this is a group that I would love to speak on the subject. I have heard these congressmen talk on it over and over again and I have heard them say they are doing this shutdown for the sake of the people but I have not yet heard from the doctors. Why are our congressmen so worried about the people's health all of a sudden? Congressmen have not worried about our health in the past so I really inclined to believe that they are not worried about my health in the future, I am more inclined to believe that this new health bill will affect someone of these Congressmen constinuets which is why they do not want this bill passed. Their are businesses that will have to pay out a little more money for the sake of health coverage for their employees and as most of us hard working people know, these business owners are all about not spending money on its employees. The more and employer has to spend on their employee the more and employer tends to cut corners in regards to the benefits they provide for these hardworking people they call employee. The little man is the man that is always hurt when it comes to Congress making decision as it is when it comes to a business owner having cut backs. We the people have over the years grown apart and we have grown even further apart when it comes to putting our foot down on the government itself. We have to get something in place that will stop Congress from having so much power that they shut a country down and keep hardworking employees from getting paid for work that is needed. I really think that if the little people paycheck stop rolling out then so shall Congress paycheck stop rolling out, if this happen I am sure they will make quicker decisions. Why our Congressmen are not coming to a agreement much quicker is beyond me. They need to stop acting like idiots by thinking we as a people are so stupid as to believe that they are really taking this stand for us and that we will think them in the end and go on with their lives and let us go on with ours. Let the Obama care stand and see what happens, there can be changes made later on and adjustments that may need to be tweeted but in the long wrong America may actually benefit from a overall healthcare, we the little people will have it and people who have been denied over and over again may get treated. Maybe our Congressmen don't want people to possibly get treated, maybe they want people to die, no that was a silly thing to say, maybe it is just those businesses that backs them up with that flow of money that they are looking out for, now that sounds more like it. Well fellow Americans we need to take control, we need to tell all those who cause government workers and other government agency paychecks to be held back that they are out of there by taking things into our own hands. Your representatives  in your states have phone numbers that our accessible to the public and they have addresses that we can write to. Lets overloaded their voice mails and write letters that end up in a pile that is as large as the state of Texas. We can do this people and although I have made decisions that may seem unreasonable, if there are people out there that know more about this, write me and tell me what we can do to really make this happen. Write me back, through out some comments to me and let me know what you are feeling and what you think. Unlike our Congress I will be talking back and telling you what I think of your comments and opinions.

After Earth (The Movie)

Every now and then I like to write what I think of a movie and this movie is one of those because I went to the movie theater and did not know what to expect but my daughter and my sister grandchildren had to watch something that was suitable for all of us. Now after watching the movie I came out of the theater surprisingly having enjoyed the movie. The reason I say surprise is because I was not sure how Will Smith son would do in this role acting along with his father and yet the young man did great. The movie left me with a great feeling and I w surprise that Will judge the movie so harasly saying it was one of the lowest grossed movie he had ever done, this maybe so but I would put that on not enough advertising. The reason I say this is because I did not know myself what to expect of the movie and this was because the previews they showed were unclear and it was not enough information on the movie to make me want to go see it. If you want people to see the movie you have to put more information out there. I think Will Smith thought his name alone would make people come out and see the movie, but Will has to remember that he has been out the game for awhile and people are not sure what to expect from him since he is not doing movies on a regular basis. Now back to the movie, it was great and what I really like about the movie was not only was a science fiction, it was about the relationship between a father and son. Yes a movie about the relationship between a father and his son, something we do not see that often, it showed how a father and son can actually be so divided but so close at the same time. This movie had a son and father who the father was all about his work and did not stay home very much because he was always on these mission to go to Earth which kept him from his family a lot. Upon giving up the missions for good and settling with his wife and son, the father had to take a trip that his son was traveling on and they accidentally crashed leaving only them to alive after they landed on Earth. Earth has now become a very unfriendly place and the boy's father has been seriously hurt as a result of this accident and now the boy has to go on an adventure on the other side of the island to retrieve some very needed material that will help them be rescued. While this boy takes this very dangerous journey alone he is really not alone due to the technology they have allows the father to watch the son step every way and he guides the son through these dangerous attributes that are on Earth. I really enjoyed how the father guided his son very carefully and gave him every advice he needed to be that man on this journey. There was one point in which the father could not see talk to the as he lost vision the voice talking guide technology but he could see his son and the dangers that he had to endure. This father had to watch his son make his very own decisions and you could see the look on the fathers face as he watch his son having to go through these struggles alone with only the knowledge he had learned from his training camp days. The movie to me was very moving and if you have not seen it I suggest you do and if you have children I really recommend it. I think this is really a movie all fathers and sons should watch, because much to often we do not recognize the great relationships some fathers have with their sons or how important it is t have the father and son relationship. At the end of this movie, this father and son learned to understand how strong of a bond their relationship really was, still bring tears to my eyes, because not only was it moving the movie for me was heart felt.

Hollywood Exes(10-6-13)

Hollywood Exes on Sunday night was what I have expected of the show. It was a lot of I love you I hate you moments. What stunned me was how the show ended with the argument between Mytae and Jessica. If anyone was going to argue I thought it would be Jessica and Shamika, since Jessica called Shamika a hood rat, and for those of you have not been in tune with the show a hood rat is something you do not call a woman of color because it is an insult and if you so choose to call a women of color a hood rat, be prepared to fight. But for Shamika because there was no need to push the issue, Jessica lit into Sheree for telling Shamika what she called her. Now the part that really was confusing was how Jessica had the need to tell the girls who were explaining to her why you do not call a women a hood rat, that she feels a hood rat is the same as a stripper who and the girls said a hood rat is a girl who sleeps around with every and anyone, something a stripper does not necessarily do, but according to Jessica they do. So now first all I think I should mention that Jessica needs to be prepared to be approached by strippers for a comment. Why Jessica said that a stripper sleeps around with every and anything like a hood rat is beyond me. To continue with the story, Mytae had to let Jessica know that her pointing fingers at the stripper lifestyle was like her pointing fingers at Jessica lifestyle of choosing to do porn. Now for all us who know Jessica I can say that I have always thought she was what they called a free sprit just by the way she carries herself. When Jessica drinks she is not one to hold back and she seems to be very free with her body and hugs. So why Jessica was judging a stripper lifestyle and referencing it to a hood rat was not at all something I thought she would do, I myself would have thought that posing for playboy is not far from being a stripper. Why is posing at playboy any better then being a stripper. Jessica said that stripper take money to perform acts, but yet did she not get paid for doing playboy or was she so generous as to say to Hugh that it was okay and she would pose for free and write it off on her taxes, or maybe she did it for a charitable cause, maybe I should check into that. Anyway the entire episode was suppose to be about Nicole's baccerolette party in Vegas, something that was planned all by Jessica but it ended up with all the women but Jessica on the dance floor of a club dancing and Jessica in the hotel room, feeling a little sore at the argument she had with Mytae and the thought of her sixteen year old daughter running the street with young boys. Now I was upset to hear that Andrea may possibly be leaving the show, just because she does not have the support of R. Kelly to take the children to LA with her and the back and forth traveling is not working for her. This is something I expected from R. Kelly any way because he really seems to a real selfish person and because he apparently lives a very unhappy life he wants Andrea to be unhappy as well. If R. Kelly was a real man with all the money he makes, he would buy a house in LA and let Andrea and the kids stay there why she is taping the show and they could go back to Chicago on the off season. Now that Andrea is leaving I am hoping that Daphne Wayans could now join the cast, I love her and I think she would make a great addition. I do  know that she was not included on the show because it was said that she was too much of a diva but does that not make for great drama, I know I like the show because of the women in their classy nature and I think Daphne can bring on the class as well as the great drama they need added to the show. Bring on Daphne Wayans I do not think the show will regret it.

Cancer Awarness Month

October is here and it is now cancer awareness month. For me I take this month very seriously and although I myself have not been diagnosis with cancer members of my family especially the female have found to have had cancer. So in effort of my support I went out today in my all pink outfit, including my hat and shoes with breast cancer awareness shoelaces. I really wanted to show my support and as I went into the dollar tree store I found I was not alone. I saw a few women all decked out in their pink in support of this cancer month and no I did not hate on them I actually found myself teary eyed because I was so proud to see how many women went out their way to dress in their pink on the first of October as I did. I am glad to see more people being supportive of this month as I could not believed that I worked with older women who actually told me that they did not go and get check with a doctor as they should for possible cancer cells. I had one woman to even tell me she rather not know if she had it or not. This floored me as I worked in a hospital and watched women and men go through the struggles of dealing with having cancer but what was more important then anything I thought was that they fought it. God gave doctors these tools to help people do what they have to do to try and battle a good fight and some have as they have been in remission for years. Why not do what you have to do instead of making a statement like I rather not know and I live from day to day anyway. Usually a person to me that makes a statement like that does not value life or have any hope that there will actually be a future for their children or grandchildren because who would not like to see their grandchildren or children grow up. To those people I say life to me is worth living and if that means taking on something like chemo than I will do just that because I have children and although they are grown I want to be around to see my grandchildren and be a possible great influence in their life as my grandmother was in mine. I will never forget how much of a great impact my grandmother was on me and how much joy she brought into my life and if she did not fight cancer as she did I might not have had this great opportunity. So yeah to month of October and all these people who support the cancer awareness month by taking to time to do things like wearing their pink, as little of a support it may seem, you are doing a big part to show a great support.  So the next time you are in a store and see something that is pink for sale, go ahead and pick it up, you may just be supporting a great cause, especially in this month.

24 Redemption

Has anyone seen the 24 Redemption movie, well I have and it was like the show itself during the very beginning, some great writing. The movie has put my faith into believing that this show can really come back and be as great as it was when it first started. I enjoyed the show 24 in the beginning and although I was a little confused from how they were doing the scenes I caught on very quick and begin to think the writers were actually geniuses. The show had us in what we would believe to be a unbelievable world of the one secret agent who was always saving the world. But on the very first show it was not actually just the agent alone, it was a multitude of people who were in this agent life that was helping him with every line of crazy scene, from terrorist attacks to smuggling. The president in the very beginning was a big part of Jack, this is the superhuman agent we speak of, in the beginning episodes and he knew of everything Jack was assigned to do and always had Jacks back. As crazy as it sound for the president to have such a huge parts in a agent's life, it is what made the show so different what brought its specialty to it. The president at the time was an African American which was not heard of because this show started before Obama was elected and the actor who played the president was great. Some of you may know him as the guy from the show Unit or the man with the voice in the Allstate commericals. Anyway this was changed but if you watch the show you know no one remains very long accept for this agent Jack. Through all the presidents and other head people in charge who comes in go, Jack is always standing but in the movie it was said that Jack had been an outcast for some reason and was wanted by the United States. Now I do not know why because I stop watching the show as it lost me after the first president stepped down and they started to focus on Jack's personal life with his daughter. Now after this movie and seeing how great it was I have started watching the show again and too my surprise I have learned that they have worked up to having a woman president now. This show is usually a trend setter and before we could even imagine having an African American president, we did after this show had casted one. Now that a woman has been casted as a president I wonder if this is a sign of our future of a women president in 2014. Does Hilary Clinton have a chance in this election? We will soon find out. For now I am watching 24 and hoping that it will restore my faith back in the show writers as they have proven that they are great writers and that they can always surprise us with unthinkable ideas.

The New FLDS Reality Shows

Have anyone seen the new FLDS reality shows excerpts. All I can say is oh my God, from what I have seen I want to see more. I have always been curious and I always like to see things for myself before I make any real judgment and now we get to have a inside look on these FLDS lifestyle and not only that we get to hear from the very mouths of some women who have lived in this life. One of the shows will show where some women who are choosing not to be in this lifestyle anymore will be rescued by others who have been in this life. I had not heard of these shows coming before and now that I did I am in totally agreement with it and I applaud TLC for taking such a reality show on. Although some people will not watch the show for the simple fact that they rather make their own opinions and that is what they want to live with. I am one of those people that thinks that the FLDS was just a cover up for old men to marry young girls and always wanted to know why a country like America could not do anything about it other than saying that they had their own religion and kept to themselves and was very private and that is why the government said they had no knowledge of what was really going on in these impounds. Wow to live in a country that gets involve only when they choose to see fit, well I am going to leave this subject alone but there is a lot more that I could say on this subject. For me I have also did my own judgment and this sickest part for me was how I heard these older men coming to these families whom and telling the parents that God told them to marry their teenage daughter. For me how can any mother in her right mind let her possible thirteen year old go with this older man and not feel sick to her stomach, is it that much belief that you lose all senses when you commit to these so call religion. I have always been taught to believe that there is no man greater than God and that God should be first in my life. How can family take this man word that he speaks of God. The words in the bible speaks for God and not anywhere in it is it said that God will guide you by these so called prophets. Yes there are prophets but you yourself should read the words so that you can really know when a prophet is real or not. Your heart and mind will let you know when something is right and wrong and I choose not to believe that at anytime was these families feeling that letting these teenage girls be practically raped by these older men made sense, other then the family themselves are sick and need some kind of psychological help. I will be watching these shows because there is a lot that I want to know and hope to learn from watching.

Basketball Wives (9-30-13)

Okay I think I have figured out what they are doing on basketball wives. They have lost a few cast members in which they could bring the drama in so they had to have new cast member come in that they could have drama with and unfortunately this happens to be Tasha Marbury and if I was Tasha I would run while I had the chance. Watching last nights episode I understand that Suzie was use to latch out at Tasha because she was so upset that Tasha tuned her out during a discussion about all the women leaving her party early. Suzie claimed she was fed up with people always thinking she was weak and that she was upset how Tasha treated her, now all of a sudden little Ms. Suzie has gotten some bal*s. This is a women who during the first season of the show appearance ran and hid most of the time from Evelyn and then from Tammy. Evelyn practically threaten Suzie life on more than one occasion and now Evelyn as well as Tammy are giving Suzie advice on how to handle Tasha and Suzie went as far as to put hands on Tasha. In my book putting hands on a person is a no no and that is going to far and for me Suzie would have been part of that rug in that hotel hallway because I would have stumped her face into it. I am not one to promote violence but when you think it is necessary to put hands on me then you ask for it because if I let you get away with it once you will try it again and that is a no no. Last night episode upset me as all the episode are upsetting me because it seems as if thee four women are picking on this one lady and they are claiming they are changed in their ways of past behavior but I do not see it at all. All I see is the women all getting their own business and making it up the ladder but with very ugly stink attitudes. I do no like any of the women attitudes and I hope all their business fail, yes I said fail just because they think acting ugly is a way to get ratings. They are all pumping up Suzie to go after Tasha to get ratings and this is stupid. Evelyn and Tammy are the main cupurts by telling Suzie she should no let Tasha get away with the way she act or as in Tammy case letting Suzie borrow what she calls little Tammy who sits on her shoulder saying get a bitc*. How immature are these grown women to tell another grown woman to go after this woman because of the way she acted towards her. If Suzie did not like the way Tasha acted then she could just have chosen not to have anything else to do with Suzie. This is one show that I do not agree with these women attitudes and I am not wishing any of their businesses success. I wish I was on this show because there would be no back downs or in my face. I would have to put on my boxing gloves and lower some of these tall women down to their real levels. I think this show needs to make major changes and one of them is for someone, like me to come in and let these women know how ugly they really are.

Hollywood Exes(9-29-13)

I watched my daily Sunday night show line up and one of the shows is of course Hollywood Exes which cast women who were married to Hollywood celebrities but now are divorced or divorcing this `celebrities. Now I have printed before about admiring these women because although they have their different of opinions on things, like wearing or eating animals they always manage to get over these differences and come together. Now last night show had the women celebrating Andrea's birthday(ex wife of R. Kelley) and she wanted all the women to learn to do a little pole dancing. This was a little on the funny side because of course most of the women did not have a idea of how to dance on a pole and with most of the women being thirty and over it was a real funny site to see them trying to climb on this pole. The one who was of course the best of the pole was Andrea who is a dancer and not only can this woman dance but she can dance on a pole. The show started in all great fun until the ex wife of Martin Lawrence (Shamicka) got on the pole and Jessica who I do love made a fatal mistake of calling Shamicka a hood rat. For those who do not think it is no big deal or do not understand what a hood rat is, it is something you do no say to an African American woman because it is a insult. To call an African American woman you are basically saying she has no class and she is a sleep around whore. Yes for some a hood rat is offensive but for me I feel that having watch the show Shamicka leaves herself open to be called a hood rat. As nice as Shamicka seems she has the potential to flip and make the comment that I can go hood on you in a minute, which for me is not lady like at all. You may be from the hood but you do not have to announce it every time you are upset at someone. You can be from the hood and have changed your ways and still put a little fear into others without having to say I am from the hood and this is how I roll. Shamicka for me does not fit in with the other woman and I guess this is because she has live that lavish lifestyle but she stills want to holler about her past hood life as if it is something to use on people to not mess with her. If you are from the hood and have gotten out that is great, you can be proud without having to use it as a tool and still handle what you have to handle if you feel someone is disrespecting you. So these women were all having a good time and Shamicka did not even hear Jessica call her a hood rat until Sheree(Will Smith Ex wife) brought up the incident to the other women which of course got back to Shamicka and now it is out in the open. Good thing about last night show when Shamicka had a dinner party Jessica could not make it so there was no confrontation. I said I like these women and I have always admire the way they have handle their arguments between them and I hope this continues. As for Shamicka I think she need to take something like an etiquette class.
