Hollywood Divas

I have watched this new show Hollywood Divas, with Paula Jai Parker, Elise Neal, Golden Brooks, Countess Vaughn and Lisa Wu. Now I did not understand why this particular five women would get together to make a reality show until I heard Paula Jai Parker explain she wanted to get women who had Hollywood backgrounds but now find that it is hard to get jobs in the fields that they once flourish in, she wants them to come up with an idea for a movie they as women could make together. Now first after listening to this I thought what a great idea, especially since a lot of these women have not done anything in a while, but then things started to come unrivaled because I was trying to figure out why was Lisa Wu was there, although she says she has a history in writing and why Paula Jai Parker began bringing up things that some of these women have done to her. Paula Jai Parker talked of how Golden Brooks and her friends treated her like dirt at one time and then on the last episode she made a jab at Elise Neal who was suppose to be one of her closes friend. Elise was visibly upset because she said she did not know where this was coming from and the more that I listen to Paula Jai Parker talk to people the more I am understanding that she is more or less creating a situation in which she is trying to have five women who actually will come at one another. She has five women she know will collide with one another and she pick two women to join the group that she personally has beef with, so what is this saying to me. It is saying that Paula has an agenda and that agenda is making a show of celebrities who will show their a**es like some of these reality show people do. She is trying to create entertainment that people will like. Now I know Paula has been out of the lime light for a while and she feels everyone in Hollywood has turned their backs on her because she has fell down on her luck but isn't this stooping a little low to make a show. Does this other women know what she is doing, or is this just part of the plot. I do not know but I do know that one reason I am interested is because I want to know will a real movie come out of this reality show or is the movie just a ploy to get everyone to do this reality show, think about it. Either way, I for some reason have to watch to she what becomes of it and how everyone handles the situation when they find out they are possibly being used.

The Walking Dead has Returned

The Walking Dead has returned and I know I have failed to write about the two first episodes but this is because I was so wrapped up in the returned and so excited about the anticipation I forgot to write about the first episode. I was glad to see Carol come and save the day, which I had a feeling she would since her and Tyreese were on the outside. Carol did a great job and Rick brought the crew out by becoming his old self again. I have to say that I was disappointed to know that the group did not do as Rick say and go back to the camp and make sure they wiped everyone out. Rick was right, if you do not finish these demons they are sure to show back in your life, as they did with the second episode. Those who were not killed came in the second episode to finish what they started and that was to make a meal out of those who go away, what a bunch of idiots. They have some chip on their shoulders because another group did them wrong and took over their camp awhile back, so now they want to eat everyone else. I guess they are just starving for the taste of meat or the taste of flesh is so good to them they can not help themselves. This was apparent when they captured Bob, knocked him out and when he awoken he learned his leg was missing and this cray cray group was eating on his leg. Yes they actually had Bob's leg on a grill, shoe and all and they were making a serious meal. The apparent leader actually was talking to Bob as he chowed on a piece of his flesh in front of his face, how disgusting. Anyway as we track back before Bob was captured we do know that Bob was attacked by a Zombie earlier and taken under water and now some of viewers are hoping and wishing that Bob was bitten by the Zombie and told no one and now that a-hole of a group is eating tainted meat, now that would be special. Bob was in the woods crying about something that none of us really know what it was and I am one who thought he was bitten and did not want to tell his group so he went outside by himself at night. What else I am hoping is that this group,who has a very egotistical leader, have unknowingly saved Bob by possible cutting of the tainted part and eating it. Would not this be hilarious if this group who is so determined to eat other people may have unwilling cause themselves to possibly become Zombies because of their on selfishness. Now this is not a spoiler just only a guess on mines and other fans views. Now the anticipation to see what the writers have really in store for us is only that more exciting. I am loving this show more and more and never thought much of the competition they have but now find myself wanting to be compete in their recent competition just so that I can visit the set and meet some of these great writers. Keep up the great work is all I have to say and keep us on our toes and guessing with every turn as you have always done.

Divergent The Movie

I finally got to watch the movie divergent for the first time. I am fan of movies like this but my husband is not so when I get a chance to watch a movie without him it will usually be a movie like this. So divergent starring Shailene Woodley, who I must say was awesome, this young lady did a great job. Who I was surprise to see was Miss Zoe Kravitz, Lisa Bonnet's daughter I did not know that she was suppose to be in the movie and automatically recognized her because she is the splitting image of her mother. When I saw Zoe I said that is a very breathtaking you lady who looks rather familiar and after looking more at her during her appearance it hit me that this was Lisa Bonnet's daughter because it was Lisa Bonnet's face. I had never seen Zoe act and I have to say she did a great job, so great that she was a close second to the starring role and I think she herself should get a movie in which she does have a starring role because she was very good in this. Although Zoe has her mother's face and personality she is definitely in a lead of her own because this young lady did her thing. She has proven to me that she has what it takes to be a great future actress and I personally can not wait to see this young lady in other roles on the big screen and like I stated before, maybe even being the star of the movie. Now as I watched her act in this particular movie, I began thinking about X-men and even began thinking of her as maybe a daughter to storm, because she could definitely play a role like that and it would make for a great storyline on the X-men. Anyway, great job Miss Zoe and good luck on that bright future in acting you have started.

The Walking Dead (#thewalkingdead), Oh the Anticipation

Yes it is true, THE WALKING DEAD will be returning this Sunday October 12, 2014 and I can not wait. I am so excited and it has been a long break between the seasons, so it is town that we have a show such as the walking dead that will return on Sunday night and keep those of us who are now surfing channels on Sunday nights looking for something exciting to fill our empty hours and now the wait is over. 8:00 pm watching AMC in anticipation of the Walking Dead return, 9:00pm The Walking Dead itself and 10:00pm the Talking Dead. I do not know about anyone else but for me and those of us Walking Dead fans, you do not know how this anticipation has us on the edge of our seats, especially since when we left off, most of the cast members had been captured and put into these empty railcars hoppers and Rick actually begins to show us what made him a leader in the first place as the old Rick has returned, oh yeah. Now there are a lot of loose ends that needs to be tied up and explain to all of us who have so many questions regarding what has happened to some of the cast members as we all know they had their own little journey for a bit but now most of them have been rejoined again and it is about to get good and I do mean good. I know the saying don't wish your life away but this is one week I am wishing away because Sunday night can not come fast enough for me. Hell I might just sleep through Saturday so that I will not driver myself crazy trying not to think about the show next day return.

Love & Hip Hop Hollywood (I Am Just Not Feeling It)

Okay I have been watching Love & Hip Hop Hollywood and have since it been on and I have to say I am not into it. This show for the most part seems to be phony and one of the biggest phony on the show is of course Ray J. He in my opinion seems to be using his acting skills to bump the show up and put a little fire where there is none. Most of the cast members to me really have nothing that is as spicy as Love and Hip Hop Atlanta or New York, now those cast members bring the drama. I am personally waiting for love and Hip Hop New York to come back on so that I can hear more about Erica Mena and little Bow Wow soon to be marriage, never seen that coming. What happen to Cyn and Rich dollars? Well moving on to the Hollywood show, the cast members are just not doing it for me and it is so slow that I am not remember any of the cast members name without looking it up because they really do not leave an impression on me. I do have to say that I admire Fizz and the way he is raising his child in the absence of the mother, who seems to be ticky ticky boom. Fizz love for his girlfriend and the fact that he wants to make a serious commit to the point of her moving in is lovely on a guy to me, now the girlfriend is stupid because she hesitated and hesitation to a man inviting you into his home means that you are not ready for him yet and you have other plans. Be honest with the man so he can move on with him and his child life. For you Fizz, keep it moving don't let any woman hold you back, keep focusing on your child as you are doing, I am now a fan. Omarion I like you and your baby mother, but you really need to put your foot down with your mother and tell her to either respect your woman or stay the hell out your life. You do not need that drama, especially around a new born baby because the stress the baby mama is feeling can be easily detected by the baby and that is not good. Have a stress free house for your newborn baby and the mother as well so she can pass this positive energy to the baby. As for Soulja Boy and his girlfriend, you are not ready for your girlfriend to move in with you, if you refuse to stop partying and she has a baby to raise. Although I know Soulja boy is still young and that is what young people do, if you are man enough to tell a woman you want her and child to move into your house than you should be man enough to know when to tone it down, if you don't want to tone it down then don't take on the responsibility of a woman and child moving into your house. With all this said the women on the show are the most turned up, they do have their little drama but what women do not. I just do not care for Hazel E or Nikki Mudarris, these two women seem to be just putting on some kind of act to get some kind of spotlight shinning on them on, Joseline wannabes if you ask me. Why would Hazel E act a fool over a man she know is not into her and then want to fight another girl because he took this woman out. Nikki wants to fight another woman because her saw call boyfriend is dating both of them and instead of asking her man point blank, she tells the other woman she is straight up lying. All I can say is who ever said that this show was to be as more turned up then the other two Love & Hip Hop shows must have been a paid employee of the show because I am not feeling it, at all.

If Loving you is Wrong (#IflovingyouisWrong)

Okay I have to admit it took me a little to warm up to Tyler Perry's new show, If Loving You is Wrong. Most of the actors were not recognizable to me and I thought it was a cast member of new and younger actors whom Tyler Perry was trying to break in. But after watching this show for a while now, things are starting to heat up on the show itself and the actors are really doing a great job with their characters. Now most of the cast seems like that are off the chain, a bit cray cray, if you know what I mean. In fact the only sane couples seems to be the Natalie and Lushion and they are not actually a couple, because at one time they were together had a son and are no longer together but for the sake of his son Lushion has moved to the state Natalie is in so that he would be around for his son and to help out Natalie, what a good man and ex military. Now the real cray cray of the cast members to me is Eddie or Edward, he is a cop who is down low and dirty and use his status as a cop to shake down criminals and take money and drugs from them, not to mention how he uses that power to exploit women as well. The next cray cray person for me in the cast that runs a close second to Eddie is Randal, you talking about a man off the cliff. Randal was or shall I say maybe continuing to have sex with his friend Brad's wife. Alex is her name and Randal, who is at a point of stalking this woman because she cut off the relationship with him but the cut off time maybe a little to late as Alex is pregnant and you know what this mean. Brad himself is married to a wonderful woman name Marcie who is trying to get pregnant by her husband but is having difficulty. You wonder where does Marcie, Randal's wife and Brad, Alex wife fits into this entire situation, well I can tell you that the both of these spouses are clueless. Yes they are clueless to what is happening under their noises and what makes it even more interesting is they live next door to one another. Then there is poor little Kelly, the woman who has a man that is always doing relief work overseas but has returned to only tell poor Kelly who has now brought a house for the two of them thinking that they would be a family and him a daddy to her son. Has now told her that he is love her but don't really love her because he fell in love with someone else as he has decided that he would love to be a great friend with Kelly. Yeah I know you are thinking as I did, what the hell, this man wants his cake and eat it too it sounds like. Personally for me I thought he was about to tell Kelly that he has married the other woman and wanted her as his mistress and I still not sure this will not happened because in up coming episodes he is still trying to talk with Kelly after she has told him to get the hell out her house. If I was Kelly in this situation with this man and I brought a house hoping that his income will be added, I would be that mistress and as that mistress that dam* man will pay. He will pay the electric bill, the water bill, the half of the mortgage bill and anything else I needed, because we know it pays to get laid on the side. Of course I know you already know this Mr. Perry, but it does not hurt to hear it again, you have another fantastic show on your hands. Look I like to write and come up with ideas, how about help a fellow sister out and giving her a chance to write on some of this great strips.

I AM A MAN, PLEASE FORGIVE ME

I had a truck driver who often come into our establishment and he found himself compelled to let me know that he cheated on his wife. As I was talking to him I make light of the situation and told him that it is because men do not know how to cheat, not realizing that he really did cheat on his wife. After knowing that he was serious he felt it was okay to tell where he did go wrong in getting caught and what he did to rectify the situation. He let me know his wife is getting herself back into shape, and grooming herself more and that when she is done with the outside she will then make him pay for some new boobs after already making him by her a seven thousand dollar ring. Now I myself as a woman believe in making a man pay if he cheats but will that will this really fix the problem. I listen to this man talk about how his wife gained about forty pounds and really began letting herself go. He said she did not dress like she use to and that sex was limited. For all you men who do not know who who have yet to get married I am going to tell you that, she probably gained the forty pounds barring his two children, she let herself go because she as a real mom put her children first and the lack of sex is the tiredness from running around taking the children to their games, making sure the house is clean, making sure the bills are paid and making sure that dinner is on the table and this is a everyday thing when you have children. You can not get sick, but if you do you push through it, you can't take a day off because if you do your children will go hungry or not make it too an event. You have sex with your husband even when your tired, your body aches and it is just another responsibility because your husband does not really hold you anymore, take you out for a romantic dinner or even remind you what a wonderful wife and mother you are. What the man chooses to see is how much weight she has gained, how she has let herself go and how much sex he is not getting. So he goes to this woman he does not know, who possibly works with him and he notices that she is younger then his wife, she is is thinner then his wife and she smiles as he walks by. Without knowing this woman, he decides it is okay to flirt a little, which later on leads to other things. What is this woman who either knows or don't know this man is married, she feels he is ready to move on to something new and she is possibly that something new, for the woman that does not know he is married she believes that she has found true love and that he promised to her and her only. So he is caught up in a web of lies and for some crazy man thinking reason, he is okay with it. He wants to believe he can have this quick affair and continue to be with his wife like nothing is happening, when the wife already knows what you are doing. The wife notice that you are staying out later, or so called working more often. The wife knows that there is no extra money coming in but your hours are longer, she finds the receipt in your pocket, or bank statement of dinner for two. She finds female women things in the car and condoms, which he tries to explain as either his child or a sibling. Yes we women know man do not know how to cheat and I have decided that they should print up a t-shirt that says I AM A MAN, PLEASE FORGIVE ME. On the back it should say, I think with two heads so I am told, Walking on water I can not do, My children are my life but my wife is too, Cheating in this world has become acceptable today, but for me if I cheat or choose to cheat I know my woman is not to blame. Please Forgive me I Am a Man!!!!! Your national anthem, gentlemen.
