Biggest Loser Winner Rachel Frederickson

I keep seeing news and watching shows like Wendy Williams talk of this biggest loser Rachel Frederickson weight loss, now for one I am a biggest loser fan and have watch the show from the beginning. One of the thing I like about the show the most is that the trainers really teach the contestant how to lose the weight naturally and they really care. I myself am what I consider a plus size person and know what it means to go back and forth on weight loss. There was one time when I began losing the weight and it felt so good that I continue to over exercise and stay completely away from anything sweet. My family were all joking on me and made statements that I could go back to eating, but the thing was for me that I started out as a very petite and underweight person I did not gain the weight until I began having children. I am only 4'11 and I should be a very small framed person and it would fit me fine, you would not know that I was a big person who had lost so much weight because of my height. But for some like Rachel Frederickson who is 5'4, she is underweight at 105lbs and it told on her at the biggest loser reunion. I have to say when this women came out in her dress all I could think of was skeleton, that is who she reminded me of. Her face was not of a healthy size, it look as if it fell off and her legs were just boney. Now I heard Rachel talk to a radio station and she said maybe she got a little over carried with the reduction of her calories and her work out, but me for one is not buying it. Watching this show over the years I have heard some contestant carry on about how they could really use the money, could not us all, but the bad thing about this is some of them once they leave the biggest loser house and you can not monitor them you have no idea what they are doing to be that biggest loser and if you as me this was Rachel case. I think Rachel did a little extra to be the biggest loser and it was not just cutting back on calories or over exercising. What Rachel has done is something me and my husband always questioned was it possible to happen because we watch one year where this one finalist kept saying he really have some bills that need paying off and he just had to win this money. The contestant main focus was on winning the money and he talked nothing of his weight loss. Now look at Tumi who was not a finalist but she lost 175bs, this women really had that to lose and she looks healthy with her weight loss, so you know it was done right. I am just as anxious as anyone to get the weight off because every time I put it on it is like I am living in someone else's body, it is not at all a picnic, but I know I have to do it right and that means eating right and exercising and not doing all these popping of the pill or getting things done to clean me out, or skipping meals. Your body has to have a certain amount of calories to burn off fat and although I know Rachel said she cut back her calories, it is hard to believe that she cut it back as much as she did and exercise as much as she claim and still manage to have something to burn off. If your body feels as though you are starving it, it will store fat and you will not burn the calories needed like you want either, so excuse me if I am a little leery of her explanation. I like Wendy Williams, now that the show is over and she has won the money, she will be gaining some of this weight back and if she still does not have her personally life in order she may gain more than a little back. But good luck to you Rachel, make sure to be true to yourself, forget everyone else.

Love & Hip Hop NY Reunion Part II 2-10-14(#LHHNY)

Okay tonight we had part two of Love & Hip Hop NY Reunion and it was really interesting. This mess between Peter Gunz, Amina and Tara was just that. Peter Gunz does not know which woman he wants and he made Amina feel like and idiot, which I much say she is for getting in Tara face behind a man that cheated on them both. This situation ended with Peter Gunz saying that he would not have left Tara and Amina taking a pregnancy test out of her bra to throw a little surprise everyone way. This story had me in tears and I do not know why. Tara was so calm and you can tell that she has learned from this turmoil of a relationship, she is done with it, she will raise her two boys with Peter and that is that, but for Amina it was deeper because she felt that Peter was just not showing her love and this lack of love with a baby on the way hurt her. Now Peter Gunz was in tears, he came back out on stage to Tara and he did not want to see Amina because of the pregnancy surprise she threw on him at the last minute, it was rather sad, very sad and depressing situation. Who knew that so many grown adults could be so messy. We got to hear more of Erica Mena and Rich situation and everyone including Cyn knows that Erica Mena is still in love with Rich and this was so obvious for Cyn as she sat on the couch wth Erica but Erica was on one end and Cyn was on the other, sorry to see that. Now as for Saigon and the Erica Jean situation, this man Saigon is no man at all, he talks mad sh** to Erica Jean. Saigon is by no means a real man who shouts at a woman and tells her to shut up, he scares me to a point that I thought he would Erica Jean. Saigon stands up as if he wants to punch Erica and this is not real man that can not control his temper and thinks it is okay to threaten a woman, put his hand on her or even yell loudly at her, he is a very sad so call man and any woman that gets him needs to be careful. As for you Erica Jean I have one advice and one advice only and that is to run as fast as you can because Saigon is not the kind of man you want in your life. Saigon is the kind of man I would be scare to go to bed with at night for fear of him going off on day and me waking up to him choking me. I think Saigon could use some real therapy and if Erica Jean, but I please beg you to not, wants to work on things with him they could go on the show couples therapy, it will be needed. Okay this season has ended and next week it will be basketball wives LA.

The Walking Dead 2-9-14 (#TheWalkingDead)

I watch the premier of the Walking Dead Sunday night and I am telling you, although we did not get to see everyone last night, it was everything the show always live up to be. We actually got to see a flash back into Michonne life. Michonne has always been the mysterious figure on the show and she has always had this tough exterior, never really letting anyone know of her past and what it consisted of, so to actually get a flash into Michonne life was a treat. We actually got to learn that Michonne actually had a child and a lover as stated in the flashback. She was at one point becoming into Knight hood as she had just learned to be a master at the sword, this skill help her survive what her lover, friend and child could not survive. The two walkers that Michonne started on the show with were those of her friend and love, I know really interesting. Well we do not really know what happen to her friend, lover or child but I am sure this is to come. Now the other half of the show focuses on Rick and Carl, we got to see Carl go through his conflictions of what happen at the prison and how his daddy rules were not the rules that kept their friends alive. Rick and Carl found a house to lay low in but Rick passed out from his wounds and was out for awhile as Carl really learned how his daddy rules came into play and why his daddy set these rules. It was rather heartfelt, especially when their was a seen that Carl was talking to his past out father and he said that it was better off if he was dead. Well before it was over Rick had awaken and Carl was in a place where he had calmed down and was glad his daddy had awaken. With all this being said, Michonne who had went back to her own ways of being tough and taking two walkers as a part of her skill to walk with the dead, decided she did not want to continue with the way and she wanted the family she had at the prison, so what does she do, she finds Rick and Carl. The storyline ended with Michonne knotting at the door of the house where Rick and Carl was and Rick looking out the peep hole and with a smile grinds toward his son to say, I think this is for you. What a great reunion it will be when they are reunited and they find the others. The group had split up so I am assuming they are going to focus on all the groups tell they are reunited, we will get to see their journeys, I just love this show.

The Real Housewives Of Atlanta 2-9-14 (#RHOA)

We had a continuation of the Real Housewives of Atlanta on Sunday night and Apollo was still fired up ready to really kick someone behind. Just when we thought Apollo had calmed down and it was over with there was still the launch of Apollo toward Corey again, but what was the real kicker is when Cynthia and Kandi began arguing about the conversation of their friends and their take on Todd. Kandi decided she would defend Todd to the end, like Todd could not take up for himself, if Todd was so innocent of these accusations that are made about him then why is Todd not speaking up, why is Kandi defending a man. Now Kandi said that Cynthia should not put her hand in her face, Cynthia quietly explained that she spoke with her hands as she did and Todd jumped up which made Peter jump up and ask what the deal was between the two and before you knew it Cynthia sister jump in it and put her hands on Kandi, who said she actually pushed her, but I really did not call this much of a push, stop whining Kandi like a da** candy a**. Mel barely put her hand on Kandi and Kandi began acting like the raunchiest hood rat, but Kandi is by no way a real hood rat, you can talk loud, yell loud and threaten to put your hands on people but the real test in proving it and I do not see Kandi as winning no real throw down fight. Now on to Corey, you know the guy Apollo beat a**, he was really hurt, this man had bruised ribs, a black eye, not to mention black and blue all over, Apollo did some damage. Now although I by no means agree that Corey should have jumped up to defend Kenya and her messy mess, by standing up and going for another woman and getting mad when her husband would not allow her to cross the path toward his wife direction. I am in agreement with Nene, Kenya was the cause of this entire mess and she should have kept her rear end park. I think Kenya should be woman enough to admit she was wrong for doing so, instead she always claim poor me and I did nothing that was be means wrong. Kenya still claims to not know why Nene is so sour towards her when she was on television calling the woman a drag queen and other ungodly names, now that Nene has seen what kind of unreal friend Kenya is, I would be sour as well, call me a man and I would take the pleasure of showing you otherwise. Kenya have constantly said some very ugly things regarding Nene and now that it is biting her on the a**, she supposedly do not understand why. A little advice Kenya try rewinding back on some of those taping and listen to the words you actually say. I did like seeing the women go out for a day at the spa but it was definitely awkward, especially since a lot of the women were still having tension between one another and boy did it show. Cynthia was still sore at Kandi and did not want to hear any apologies she was giving out. Nene made it a point to get loud in the spa and let Kenya know she was the entire cause of the chaos and she needed to admit to it. Phaedra tried to keep her hands clean by not getting involve in any of the conversation and all Porsha wanted to do was be filled in on what happen after she left because her and her sister hull a** when the fight began. Well the spa was a good idea on Kandi part, but the women still were not ready to face one another while things were still on their minds. This was one of the incidents where you have to wait a month before you meet again. I want to see how this Kandi and Cynthia situation pans out, and I am especially looking for Nene to beat the hell out of Kenya so she can stay out of everyone business and get her a real man or baby, or both, this women needs something in her life so she can stay out of everyone else.

Couples Therapy 2-6-14 (#CouplesTherapy)

I am behind on my shows and is just catching up with couples therapy from the past week. What I can say is that it was all about Farrah and her fakeness again. I am becoming less and less of a fan of Dr. Jenn Berman and the reason being because of her defense of Farrah. She supposedly had a secret conversation with Farrah with no cameras of microphone, this was because Farrah is saying because she sign this contract she can not talk about everything like she needs to, so again I ask why the hell is this young girl in a couples therapy group because Dr. Derman can cry all she wants and tell us that Farrah belongs in this group therapy as she states, I still thought it was couples therapy, more than anyone because of her suppose it real problems that the doctor is making sound worse then anyone else's but again we are no suppose to know what these problems are. So all these couples are lead to believe that Farrah has real issues and they basically do what I call apologize to her, I know what a joke right, and everything is suppose to be alright. So what does Farrah do after the therapy this little fake a**, because this is what she is to me, she is faking the funk, no real man and until this so called invisible man shows up because I saw future episode where some man comes out the blue, she comes out of therapy and said she feels much better and everything is off her shoulder and she does not care anymore what anyone says to her. Now Ghostface ask her so she is all clear with her feelings and she said yes, he said I have to give it to Farrah she says F everyone, she will do her. In my own translation, Farrah is saying that she fooled Dr. Berman with her supposedly, woe is me act and now that she got the doctor on her side she could care less what the rest of the group thinks, because she will make her money because she will remain in the house and on the show according to Dr. Berman. I do not know if Dr. Berman is keeping Farrah for ratings or she is really this dumb to buy this young girl acting scenes. Everything about Farrah is fake and she is always playing the victim and she acts as if everything anyone do is against her, this is almost like when you take those assessment test and they ask you if you think the world is against you, I can see this idiot marking yes, victim does not become her, she looks ugly playing it, I am sorry guys but this young girl is so phony and I am not a friend of phony. Now as for Ghostface, he is truly a person who shows us what happen with men when they want their cakes and eat it too. Men have been what we phrase as dogs for years and it was a reason this phrase becomes them. Men are just greedy and I swear as they get older it gets worse, believe it or not. I sorry that Kelsey is getting hurt in the process because if Ghostface have two women now that he is willing to show us that means there is more that we will not see. If you ask me Kelsey I will say drop your losses while you can, I know you put your heart into it but the quicker you drop him the quicker you can move on and meet that man God has for your. You will be surprised how God can move someone out your life to move someone in much greater. Don't fall for Ghostface simple lies,  he is a man with no real direction and will almost certainly end up alone with no real love in his life as he gets older, so let him choose that dark corner he is headed for and you continue on to walk in that light ahead, good luck. We really did not get to hear much from the other couples except from some opinions in the couples therapy because everyone was taken with Ghostface and his admission to having another woman in the picture, I even seen John Gosselin smiling about this one, but that is okay because John has his problems as well and her name is Kate. Wait until John's girlfriend Liz decides to start tackling the problem of John issues with Kate, it will be interesting. I wonder if they can get Kate to come to a session with John and Liz, yeah I know what am I  thinking. Intense week what else can happen, because Farrah continuing to make an idiot of the entire house and counselors.

The Walking Dead Is Back (#TheWalkingDead)

The walking dead is returning tonight on AMC, although I thought it was at a later date I am by no mean complaining because I for one is one of those advocate watchers that could not wait for the new chapter of this show, especially after the Governor had died, ohh so good. Now I for one have may own opinion of how this show will return or some what end up for most of the part. We have to know that the Governor being gone is not the end of this deadly fight that men will continue to have with each other, we should remember the camp that the Governor and his group found of innocent people that were living the best way they could, camp was infiltrated when the Governor returned had to be the work of someone almost as worst if not even worse than the Governor himself. So who is it and what are their attentions, we can only guess but in my very own opinion I am thinking it is Carroll, yes Carol. For someone reason I Carroll had crossed that line and she is looking at everyone as a villain, she is beyond that friendship and helping people status so she is choosing to kill people for the sake of her own life living. Now I know this sounds sick but we have to remember the things Carroll did before she left, it was pretty sick and some of those people she killed might have lived. Now as for the baby missing in the crib, I had already predicted the baby is well and alive, someone grab the baby and put her on the bus. As for the rest of the camp, I think everyone will meet up and find another place to continue on their lives, although if you ask me they should go back to the prison and revamp. This group needs a real carpenter, you know someone who really has the knowledge on building things and just need a few good men to teach how to build a solid structure. I am still looking for Rick friend in the very first season who had lost his entire family to show back up and rather he be a help or hinder, it will be great to see him as part of the show, especially since this man seems to have some great combat skills that the group could use. What every the way the season goes I along with millions of others will be watching tonight and believe you me I will be writing my thoughts on the return, so tune back in. What makes The Walking Dead so great for me is that it always keeps you guessing, the anticipation of what may happen is so overwhelming, especially if you have one idea in your head but it goes so totally different. I have to give the writers of The Walking Dead so many thumbs up and one great dream of mines would be to be as great of a writer as they are or to just get the opportunity to write on the show, a script a line or an idea. I can only wish.

Love & Hip Hop NY Reunion (#LHHNY) Part 1

Did anyone see the part 1 of Love and Hip Hop New York reunion hosted by Monique. Okay this show started off heated up Rich Dollars and Erica Mena trying to explain their relationship and oh yeah Cyn was sitting on the coach beside Erica as well. What makes this situation so messy is that we do not know the real relationship between Erica Men and Rich Dollars because all we hear when they get together is hollering back and forth between the two but Monique said there is love going on in these arguments and one of the other cast member holler from the coach in the studio that there relationship is not over. So where does this leave poor Cyn, of course this woman feels left out she does not know where she belongs in her and Erica's relationship, especially after Rich admitted he still loves Erica Mena. I for one in my own personally opinion thinks that Erica should stick with Cyn who has stuck with her the entire time they been together, but Cyn was visibly upset as she had to listen to Rich and Erica almost admit that they still have feelings for one another. Now one of the most confusing relationships for me was Tahiry and Joe Budden, I thought these two were still friends and there was no hard feelings, but man there was some tension going on that was above my head. Tahiry and Joe got to arguing and I am not sure why other then Joe Budden being seriously embarrassed about Tahiry turning down his proposal in front of millions. In my personal opinion Tahiry did what she had to do what was right for her and rather or not that she hurt Joe Budden in the mix does not matter as this man has hurt her over the years by sleeping with other women. I think Joe was hurt especially when he was quick to say that he can get any woman that he want at anytime and Tahiry has him mistaken, so all this came from him saying that she did not have him at his lowest. Now this entire conversation went over my head and Tahiry said she always had Joe's back and his  mother who was in the audience knew this, I wished mama had spoke on it. Okay we got to see Mr. Peter Gunz who is still that egoistical man that still to this day believe he can have both woman. Peter Gunz had the nerve to tell Monique with his wife on one side and Tara on the other that he married Amina because he love her, what a blow to Ms. Tara and then he will later admit on Part 11, because you know this did not end right, there is a part 11 and Peter will say that he would not have married Amina if he knew how much Tara loved him, all I could say in my mind is bullshit. Peter Gunz thinks he is smart, he is trying to keep both women on a short leach in which he can just pull them back in when need, he is the ultimate, a-hole. I have never seen a man that thought he was bigger than God when he has no real ounce of human ethics what so ever, if you want to know what a walking talking dog looks like, look at Peter Gun. So we got next week to see the outrageous act of Erica Mena and Rich, Gunz over the hill player bit and learn more of the situation between Joe Budden and Tahiry. This beef with Nye and Erica Mena is confusing to me because the two women are so much a like but can not get along. I did think Nye was suppose to be a cast member of the show and wondered why she was not shown more and thought maybe I was wrong, but they did say that Nye was a cast member, why she did not have air time I do not know. With that being said why did Rasheda, I think that is her name have so much of a part of the show, the woman is useless if you ask me and she could learn a thing or two from Tahiry and she has the nerve to tell Tahiry she can not keep a man, I would like to meet hers, I can only imagine. I am loving every bit I hope to hear more gossip and of course we have to remember that Amina will be pulling out the pregnancy test on Mr. Gunz, yes he has another baby on the way.
